Easy to prepare, this noodle dish is going to be a great addition to your child's daily portion of veggie intake. Desi Chinese Veg. Chowmein
1) 2 packs (150g) Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles (boiled as per cooking instruction)
2) 4 tbsp oil
3) 4 cups sliced (julienned) vegetables of your choice (cabbage,carrot, capsicum…)
4) Ching’s Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
5) 2 tbsp water
6) Chopped Spring onion greens for garnishing
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped vegetables of your choice… for 2-3 minutes
Add boiled Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles to the vegetables.
Add Ching’s Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala, sprinkle water, mix well and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Your Chowmein Hakka Noodles are ready! Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
