Taco Bell's Bean Burrito is probably the worst thing you can order from the Taco Bell menu. But since we often go to Taco Bell while intoxicated (not driving) for 4th meal, mistakes are made and you end up with a bean burrito. It is perfect for vegetarians, but it has no texture. I am a texture girl. I need crisp and crunch. The bean burrito has none of that. It is easy to make though.

http://www.tacobell.com/food/m....enuitem/Bean-Burrito burrito sized flour tortilla, steamed for 30 seconds
1/2 cup cooked pinto beans
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon diced onions
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (Daiya)
Place the warm tortilla on a plate.
Pour the pinto beans on the tortilla front and center.
Pile the cheese, ketchup, sriracha sauce, and onions on top of the beans.
Take the side of the tortilla closet to you and fold it over the pile of "stuff". Tuck the tortilla under the stuff.
Fold in both sides of the tortilla and continue to roll from the end nearest you until it looks like a burrito.
Boom basta done!
About The Take-Out Diet: I Love Dining-In, Taking-Out, and Driving-Thru. Since it is physically, mentally, and financially impossible for me to do that everyday, I bought a fryolator. That it is a lie. I do find ways to make my favorite restaurant dishes at home, though. You are welcome to join me everyday at 3pm EST in my kitchen. See you soon.
