Ingredients:

700-800g half chicken
2 spring onions
3 slices ginger
1 tablespoon sichuan pepers
2-3 star anises

2 garlics
2 slices ginger, minced
3 sticks celery
1 tablespoon sichuan pepper
2 dry chilis
1pinch sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup chicken soup

1 tablespoon corianders
1 tablespoon spring onion
