potato cake
ingredients:
For 4 persons:
1 kilogramme potatoes
1 onion,
3 leeks
4 root
2.5 dl milk
2.5 dl room
butter
construction:
Peel the potatoes and snij them in thin slices. Shred onion, leek and root fine.
A furnace scale lichtjes with butter. The scale with slices fills potato and toppings vegetables. Kruid with pepper and salts each time.
Mix the room and milk. Transvases the vegetables.
Beleg with nootjes butter and puts approximately 1 hour in the furnace on 200 C.
Serve immediately.
TIP:
Cook firstly the potatoes almost done in a mixture of room and milk.
