Ingredients for 6 servings
Pork shoulder or leg (boneless) 1.5 kg with 1,800 grams. about

Process
Salt and pepper to the shoulder and spread over 1 cup of red forest fruits and half the quantity of cranberries. Pour the shoulder with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Wrap the shoulder roll and fasten the roll with kitchen twine.
