Serves 4:
- 2 large apples (such as Jonagold, Golden ..)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Cinnamon
- 4 slices of cake (pre-packaged or homemade)
- Juice of 1 / 4 lemon
- 4 tablespoons Amaretto or calvados (or red currant syrup for children)
- 4 sheets of aluminum foil (about 30 to 30 cm)
