The idea of this dish is from cooking magazine. It is a delicious salad that can accompany any meat or even eaten pure.
Materials
Warm Potato Salad • 1 kg potatoes
• 200 gr. bacon
• 2-3 green onions
• Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
• Butter or oil
Performance
1. Boil the potatoes but as for mashed potatoes, to keep a little.
2. Once the potatoes are cool to clean and cut into pieces.
3. In a pan put some butter or oil and sauté them in bacon that we cut in small cubes.
4. Then add the potatoes and our, salt, pepper and paprika. The mix until you get a little color.
5. Serve with green onion. |
