· 600ml boiled water

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add mushrooms, garlic, green pepper and broccoli and fry for 3-4 minutes.
2. Pour the soy sauce, stir, then add hot water.
3. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes until soft.
