 8 buns for burgers 450 gr. beads beans cooked and mashed ¼ cup oats ¼ cup oat cereal 1 cup cooked brown rice 5 tablespoons Barbecue sauce 1 tsp Tabasco 8 basil leaves, chopped ½ tsp salt 1 / 3 cup chopped celery ½ tsp ground black pepper 3 / 4 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

In baking dish place the crushed beans, basil, boiled rice, oats, oat cereal and leave until dry. Then pour the salt and spices. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and make burgers from the bean mixture and place in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Make the burgers and serve them with fresh seasonal vegetables.
