Materials: GoS Olive 1; · 350g rump, cut into strips · 120g Orange Sauce & BLUE DRAGON (the OrangeTzintzer & Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce) , 1 red pepper, sliced into strips · 100g Green beans, trimmed · 175g noodles Eggs BLUE DRAGON (Egg Noodles), serving
Execution: 1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the steak and fry gently for several minutes. 2. Add the red pepper, green beans and orange & ginger sauce and stir for about 2-3 minutes. 3. Boil the noodles in water for 4 minutes, drain and serve immediately with meat. |
