Tzatziki is an easy and fresh recipe to enjoy Tzatziki
 Materials:
* ½ kilo strained yoghurt * ½ cucumber * 5-6 stalks dill * 2 cloves garlic * Olive oil, vinegar
Execution:
Peel the cucumber, rub a coarse grater and drain well on our hands. Finely chop the dill and garlic mash.
We take 1 bowl and add the yogurt, cucumber, dill and garlic and stir the ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon vinegar and mix well again.
Tips:
* Depending on your preferences you can take extra garlic, vinegar or oil. |
