Prescription date: Tuesday, 24 February 2009 Recipe Ingredients 400 gr. minced lamb 300 gr. minced veal 2 egg whites 20 gr. pastourma ground in a blender 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp Caraway 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Olive oil for spreads Salt Recipe Instructions In a large bowl, mix the two types of minced meat, cumin, coriander, egg whites, the pastourma spices, parsley and salt. Knead the mixture well and leave in refrigerator for one hour.
Mold in elongated cylindrical burgers (KEBAB) to spend on spits metal or wood, brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated barbecue grill or coals for about 20 minutes. Garnish with onions, tomato, cucumber, parsley and sprinkle a little paprika or sumac.
