Turkey style Beijing duck
Ingredients for 4 servings
* 500g cooked turkey meat * 3 tablespoons soy sauce * 1 1 / 2 teaspoon Chinese spices * 1 1 / 2 tablespoon of vinegar or 1 tablespoon lemon juice * 1 tablespoon sauce Hoi Sen or Peking duck sauce * A pinch of pepper * 3 tablespoons chicken broth or turkey * 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Cut the turkey meat into thin pieces. Marinate all the above ingredients for 1 hour or more. Heat the oil in a wok or a skillet, stir and fry the meat in two batches for a few minutes. Serve wrapped in Chinese pancakes with sliced green onions, sliced cucumber, and Peking duck sauce. |
