Explanation and ingredients: 8 slugs of tuna, salt, pepper, flour, on of soup cream of peas, milk, 3 fillets of anchovy, 50 g of minced black olives.
Like preparing it: to salpimentar the tuna, to pass it through flour and to fry it. to only prepare the soup cream with milk, using 3/4 parts of the amount indicated in the package. to prick anchovy fillets and to incorporate them to the cream along with the olives. to put at heart of a source the mixture and to distribute superficially fillets. to serve hot. |
