Tuna Plate recipe Tuna Plate recipe 1 fresh tuna steak 1 large onion, chopped 2 large cloves garlic, roughly chopped 2 tomatoes cut into cubes Mr 2 tablespoons chopped dill blend of cinnamon, clove, allspice and pepper Mr 2 tablespoons chopped coriander 1 green pepper, cut into cubes 1 chili pepper, cut into cubes oil juice of half a lemon
Pour oil into a wide pan and put over the eye to warm up.
Add to the pan the onion and garlic and leave for awhile to sotaristoun.
Add the chopped dill and coriander, saute and add the salt and mix of the 4 spices. Stir and let it brown in a casserole ingredients together.
Place fillets in pan and add tuna lemon juice and some water. Shake the pan sauce to go everywhere and cover the fish.
When the fish is ready, serve and garnish with lemon slices, fresh cilantro and peppers cut rodeles |
