This Tsourekia easy recipe is for the next easter, ready in minutes

1 sachet mahlepi 5 large granular mastic 4 eggs 150 gr. butter 200 gr. milk 80 gr. yeast 750-800 gr. flour 250 gr. sugar
We put in the bucket of sugar, and gum mahlepi and grind speed 10 for 1 minute at least. Then add the remaining ingredients except the flour and set for 3 minutes at 370, at 6. Then put the flour in the bucket and turn on the specific speed for yeast, to complete the preparation (mixing period of about 3 minutes). Turn out the dough in a bowl using a spatula, cover with the film, and let it rise, placing in the oven at 400 until doubled in volume. Mold the buns in a large pan and let it rise again, as before. Brush with egg and bake in moderate oven for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
