The traditional apple pie recipe

Apple pie ingredients for 8 Servings:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons flour (Farinap)
125 gr. Butter
1 Glass of Wine Cognac
1 glass of wine Sugar
- Cinnamon
2 Apples
1 Vanilla (powder)


First we make candy as follows:

* In a saucepan, add the brandy, sugar (one cup), butter and cinnamon and boil until a thick syrup like candy.
* Pour into small baking pan and place over the surface of apples that we have clean and cut into very thin slices.

After we make the dough as follows:
