Ingredients (for 4 people):
* 6 eggs * 150 g. of codfish * 3 small green peppers * 2 teeth of garlic * Parsley * Oil * Salt Put the codfish to desalt at least during 24 hours. Already desalted, one crumbles, clearing the thorns and the skin to him. * In a frying pan with oil the peppers clean of seeds and cut in small pieces fry themselves, adding later fine lamina garlic and the perforated parsley. * Next, the codfish adds itself and together one is fried very well all until he is tender. * Finally, it is mixed with dangerous eggs and they are ripened with a little salt, considering that the codfish still can be something salty. In another frying pan the tortilla of codfish by both sides is gilded and it uses warms up.
