Tortellini with vegetables and quince is a nice italian meal to enjoy all monrths of a year
Tortellini with vegetables and quince
- 1 package tortellini (I got them filled with ginger, Crete) - 2 medium zucchini cut frames - 1 tomato sliced xesporiasmeni frames - 5 fresh mushrooms cut into Slices - 3 tablespoons oil - Chopped parsley - Gruyere, grated (optional) - Salt - Pepper
Performance
- Boil the tortellini in salted water according to the time in the packets and then the strain. - In a frying pan put the oil to burn and add the zucchini and mushrooms and let them sotaristoun. (I prefer to keep the bit to be more crisp.) - Once you see that they are ready throw in the tortellini and 't mix all together well. - Add the uncooked tomato and parsley. - Serve on plates and sprinkle with pepper and if we want to gruyere.
