Tiramisu recipe




Tiramisu is the fast prepered sweet


Tiramisu ingredients for 8 Servings:
400 gr. Savagiar
500 gr. Mascarpone cheese
200 gr. Sugar
4 eggs
250 gr. Milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee
70 gr. Cognac
- Cocoa

Preparation:

* Put the yolks and sugar in a stainless bowl and clamp it over a pan of boiling water minimum (bain marie).
* Stir the mixture constantly until hot. In this way, pasteurized egg yolks.
* Allow the mixture to cool thoroughly, then stir in the mascarpone.
* Beat the egg whites in bowl of mixer or hand mixer to stiff meringue and add it in installments in the yolk-cheese mixture, stirring gently with a wooden spoon until a uniform mixture.
* In a pot boil the milk with coffee.
* Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a clean pot.
* Add the brandy or Marsala wine and dip the savagiar one to one for a few seconds.
* Put in a flat pan or Pyrex next to each other to fill the surface.
* More than savagiar spread the cream and we made the cover with the remaining savagiar that the dip again in one to one mix of coffee.
* Leave the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours, until stabilization of the cream.
