Tart zucchini with cottage cheese recipe Tart zucchini wIngredients for 4 servings  For the dough 60g. wholemeal 60g. margarine 1 egg yolk For the filling 230g. cottage cheese 60g. frozen corn 4 spring onions 3 tbsp. tablespoons fresh basil 1 zucchini 1 egg Outturn Sieve the flour and mix in a mixer with margarine and egg yolk.
