1 sheet puff pastry or flaky pastry for tarts French
4 eggs
200g. milk
200 gr. cream
150 gr. Gouda cheese, grated
100 gr. grated cheddar cheese
150 gr. cream cheese
Baking powder 1 k.gl
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika
Process
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. distinguish the yolks from the whites. In a bowl beat the egg yolks, milk and cream. Season.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to stiff meringue. Joining gently two mixtures and add the baking powder.
In another bowl, mix well and join the 3 cheeses. Lay the sheet of dough into tart pan. Spread the base mixture of cheeses. We continue with the egg mixture.
Lower the oven to 180 degrees and bake the tart for 40 to 45 minutes. |
