Ingredients for 4 servings
450 gr. tagliatelle
2 teaspoon margarine
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
400 gr. spinach, washed, trimmed and chopped
1 cup. Cream
150 gr. mascarpone
½ cup. Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Process
Boil a large quantity of water the tagliatelle according to package directions. in a deep skillet, heat the olive oil with butter. Add the crushed garlic and spinach. Mix and allow 6-7 minutes to soften in the fire. salt and pepper and add the cream and mascarpone. Mix in 2 tablespoons of water to boil the tagliatelle. mix well.
With a tweezers take the tagliatelle to the pan and transfer to frying pan with spinach and cream. Mix well and add the parmesan. if necessary we can also add 1 tablespoon of water are boiled tagliatelle. salt and pepper and serve.
