Tagliatelle with spinach, mascarpone and parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings

450 gr. tagliatelle

2 teaspoon margarine

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed

400 gr. spinach, washed, trimmed and chopped

1 cup. Cream

150 gr. mascarpone

½ cup. Grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper


Boil a large quantity of water the tagliatelle according to package directions. in a deep skillet, heat the olive oil with butter. Add the crushed garlic and spinach.
