Sweet and sour chicken for one Sweet and sour chicken
 90 grams of chicken breast
1/4 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned in juice) with juice
a little chopped onion, carrot, peppers or other vegetables of your choice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
In a saucepan add olive oil and saute the onions and then the remaining vegetables. Chop chicken and add it to the pot and be deep fried. Then add a tablespoon of vinegar and leave it until the chicken broth to boil and evaporate most of the liquid. Pour pineapple and juice, tomato juice and honey, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. |
