Ingredients for 4 servings

* 500 g pork fillet, cut into cubes

for marinade

* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 small piece ginger grated
* A pinch of Chinese herbs

For the sauce

* 1 tablespoon corn flour
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
* 2 tablespoons tomatopasta
* 3 tablespoons honey
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 red pepper diced
* 1 yellow pepper, diced
* 1 onion, sliced
* 175 g mange tout (pea leaves)


Combine ingredients for marinade in a bowl. Add the pork and let marinate for 1 / 2 hour or more. Drain the pork and keep the marinade.
Mix the corn flour, rice vinegar, tomato sauce and honey in the marinade. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or frying pan, add pork and saute anakatefontas over high heat for 5 minutes.
