Ingredients for 4 servings
* 500 g pork fillet, cut into cubes
for marinade
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce * 2 tablespoons rice vinegar * 2 cloves garlic, crushed * 1 small piece ginger grated * A pinch of Chinese herbs
For the sauce
* 1 tablespoon corn flour * 2 tablespoons vinegar * 2 tablespoons tomatopasta * 3 tablespoons honey * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 1 red pepper diced * 1 yellow pepper, diced * 1 onion, sliced * 175 g mange tout (pea leaves)
Preparation
Combine ingredients for marinade in a bowl. Add the pork and let marinate for 1 / 2 hour or more. Drain the pork and keep the marinade. Mix the corn flour, rice vinegar, tomato sauce and honey in the marinade. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or frying pan, add pork and saute anakatefontas over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove meat with a slotted spoon. Heat the remaining oil in pan and add onions, saute for 2 minutes anakatefontas.
Add the peppers and mange tout anakatefontas fry for 2 more minutes.
Add marinade to skillet and cook until you have a lovely sauce thickened. Put the pork in the sauce and keep it in the pan for 1 minute.
Serve with rice. |
