Sweet & Sour Chicken Sweet & Sour Chicken 1 whole chicken MIMIKOS 2 onions 2 red peppers 1 green pepper 1 can pineapple (400-500 g) ½ cup white wine ½ cup ketchup 4 tsp. soup soy sauce 2-3 tsp. balsamic vinegar soup 1 tsp. sweet corn flour olive oil, salt, pepper Clean and cut into square pieces and onions. Remove the hard stems and seeds from peppers and cut into pieces of equal size with the onions. Strain the pineapple syrup and keep on cooking. Cut into smaller pieces and slices of pineapple. Cut the chicken into portions. Heat 1 / 4 cup olive oil and saute the chicken with onions and peppers. Toss to get color on all sides and add the wine. Put the casserole pineapple, ½ cup of syrup of canned, 1 cup water, ketchup, soy sauce to the balsamic vinegar and pepper. Cover the saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes.
