Stuffed Eggs easy recipe Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients for 6 people 6-8 red Easter eggs 2 cups. tea mayonnaise 2 tsp. xalmyrismeni tablespoons capers 2 cooked carrots, very finely chopped 3 tbsp. tablespoon dried tarragon 20 black olives for decoration pepper
We take the capers and dry thoroughly on absorbent paper towels. With a very sharp knife, cut into small pieces. Pouring into a bowl (keep a few whole for decoration).
Pour in the same bowl and very finely chopped carrots. Mix well the two materials. Add the mayonnaise. Stir and then add the tarragon. Clean the Easter eggs from shell and cut in half.
Place them on a platter, a side by side with the cut part down.
Using a spoon pour the mayonnaise mixture of chopped eggs.
Decorate with capers and olives and serve. |
