Strawberry sorbet with basil is a perfect ice cream style for the kids and not only

Strawberry sorbet with basil 500 gr. Strawberry 180 line. sugar 180 ml water 1/4 cup basil leaves (or mint) 2 tablespoons juice, strawberry liqueur (optional) "Directives
1. Place the water with sugar in a saucepan and boil for five minutes. Allow the syrup to cool.
2. Puree strawberries with basil and a liqueur in blender.
3. Stir the strawberry puree with syrup and leave it in the refrigerator to cool thoroughly. The colder the mix before entering the ice-makers, the greater will be the velvet sorbet.
4. Once cooled the mixture pass the tissue sieve if for free from the Royal and many spores.
5. Put the ice-makers, and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
6. If desired, serve immediately, but better to put it in the freezer for a few hours, so it is not so soft. |
