Strawberry ice cream

The strawberry ice cream is a very favorite ice cream flavor and classic.


If you love strawberry ice cream strawberry is about time to make it yourown !

Here I present a recipe for strawberry ice cream that requires only 4 ingredients in the preparation and the taste is super! Indeed contains no eggs and no ice cream maker need to fix it! Just prepare the ice cream mixture, put it in a bowl in the freezer and directly (no need to take some time from the freezer and stir to prevent krystalliasei)! After a few hours the ice cream is ready to eat!

* 1 can sweetened milk
* 1 morfat cream (cans)
* 200 ml thick cream
* 300 gr strawberries

1) First, place the cream and morfat maintenance for one hour.
2) Wash and clean strawberries.
3) Put the strawberries in a blender and make puree.
4) Pour the cream into a small bowl and beat with mixer until fluffy.

6) Empty the basin in milk and sweetened whipped cream and continue beating for another 2-3 minutes.
7) Pour into the pan and strawberry puree and mix well until smooth this mixture.
8) Empty the mixture in an airtight metal bowl and place in freezer. After 12 hours the ice is ready for consumption! There is no need to jump once the bowl from the freezer and the ice cream mix to prevent our krystalliasei!

The amount of ice cream produced is about 1.5 liter. The cream must have at least 30% fat. Under no circumstances use light cream ice cream simply because you will fail!
We can use whipped cream and vegetable ermol morfat instead. In any case, the cream should be hit too well to make soft ice cream for us and not krystalliasei during freezing.
We can serve our ice cream with syrup of your choice and grated walnuts or cookie.
