Spinach with bacon and gkorgkontzola 200 gr. hearts from fresh spinach 12 slices bacon ½ cup. croutons 200 gr. cheese gkorgkontzola 60 ml extra virgin olive oil 15 gr. butter for frying
01. Burn the butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon and stir well to get color. 02. Molis cool slices bacon, cut the julienne. 03. Wash and drain spinach well and if its leaves are large, break them by hand into smaller pieces. 04. The put in a bowl, add the pieces of bacon, croutons and gkorgkontzola cut into small pieces (and this by hand) and mix with salt. 05. Pour the olive oil and serve.
