Spinach rice with lemon is a simple recipe


Spinach rice


Here is my favorite spinach, which we prefer lemon.
For white and lemon, keep reading ;-)
The spinach never connected it with fasting, eat very often, especially my son asks me little time.
And the truth is that it is the most delicious greasy.
Accompany with plenty of slice of course ..... But this other issue ;-)
We go to cook it!

We need:
450-500 g. spinach
4 spring onions
2 large onions
1 cup finely chopped dill
120 gr. Carolina rice
juice of 2 lemons
salt - pepper
Let's fix it:
Saute in olive oil, some onions and chopped onions.
Add the spinach, well washed and cut into smaller pieces, dill, salt, pepper and 1 liter of water.
Boil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Then add the rice and leave the food to cook for 20 minutes.
Towards the end add the lemon juice (as much as we like to taste and let the food get 2-3 boils.
Remove from heat and leave the food for 10-15 minutes uncovered the pan to absorb the liquid.
If you do not fast, as we said the slice fagaki accompanies this wonderful!
