Explanation and ingredients: time: 45 minutes. 4 slices of fresh tuna, 1 glass of dry white wine, 400 gr. of bare conserve tomatos, 3 onions, 2 leaves of laurel, 2 teeth of garlic, 3 spoonfuls of pricked parsley, 1 pinch of nut nutmeg, oil, pepper, salt. in order to adorn: 250 gr. of boiled rice.
Like preparing it: to cut the onions in hoops, to fillet garlic, to crumble the laurel leaves and to divide the tomatos. to at heart place half of the hoops of onion of a mud casserole. to dust with the laurel and half of the parsley. to put the tuna slices above. to add the tomatos, the rest of the onion and the remaining parsley. to salpimentar, to dust with the nut nutmeg and to throw the white wine superficially and 1/2 oil glass. to let cook during to alive fire 5 minutes. when east time has passed, to diminish the power of the fire, and with the covered casserole, to let continue the baking by space of 25 minutes. to serve the tuna accompanied by white rice. |
