Spaghetti with spring onions
Spaghetti (what everyone considers an individual portion)
100g cream
100g parmesan
2 medium green onions or 1 large, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil

How we do it:

Put the pasta to a boil. In a pan put oil and when warm add one chopped onion. Allow the onions to cook for 45 seconds and then drain (remove) oil. In the same pan add the cream, Parmesan and the other onion and leave the sauce to thicken for 1, about a minute. We test and add salt as desired. Pour the sauce into pasta and serve
