Spaghetti al pesto Genovese recipe is a quick, alternative, classic Italian recipe to impress in a short time


Spaghetti al pesto Genovese recipe ingredients for 4 servings:
500 gr. Macaroni
- Half cup olive oil
150 g basil leaves or rubbed dry basil
3 cloves garlic
150 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
2 tablespoons Pine


Preparation:

The sauce has two variants:

* 1: Finely chop the garlic and fresh basil leaves in a bowl (or add the chopped dried basil). Add oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
* 2: Finely chop the garlic and fresh basil leaves in a bowl. Add the pine nuts, olive oil, salt, pepper and grated parmesan. The shake well in a blender until you have a creamy texture.

For the spaghetti:

Boil pasta al dente in plenty of salted water (without the kavourdismoume with butter) and add the sauce. Serve with grated parmesan.
