A spaghetti with selected materials from the village of Foloi
Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 package Spaghetti No. 10 500 gr. Tomato juice 150 gr. Mushrooms 1 Medium Onion - A little oil - Salt - Pepper
Preparation:
* Boil the pasta for our 10 minutes with salt. * In another small saucepan saute the onions after chopping with a little oil. * Then add the mushrooms to the tomato freskostimeni us. * Richoume and alataki our pepper. * Boil for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens and is ready!

The Foloi is a small village near Ancient Olympia in the Peloponnese and the fact that the material was from the village decided to call it! |
