1kg Spinach
1 bunch fresh coriander
2 lemons (the juice)
1 cup white wine
4 fresh chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt - Pepper and a few pasta

Throw in a basket of snails with pasta from last to clear. Then wash with salt water. Saute snails with onion, garlic and some olive oil. Add the wine and let it boil. Then while we wash the spinach and pour the mix. Finally add the coriander and lemon juice. Serve and sprinkle over a little olive oil.
