The ingredients for the recipe:
20 shells
500 gr. purified spinach
1 leek, sliced
200 gr. smoked ham, finely chopped
200 gr. cream cheese
2 tbsp organic ketchup
2 eggs
½ cup. olive oil
1 cup. Grated Emmenthal
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
For the cream:
2 eggs
250 cream
1 tbsp organic ketchup
Process
In a little olive oil, saute the leeks and spinach. Condiments and just wilted remove from heat. The blend and then add the melted cheese, the chopped ham, ketchup. Mix well and add the lightly beaten eggs. Season.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the cream and add the remaining olive oil.
Cook shells al dente drain and fill with the mashed mixture. We can fill it with either a spoon or piping bag. The array tapsaki.ta pour in the cream and sprinkle with Emmental. |
