SAUCE WITH MEAT MEALS (pasta or rice)
Materials
1 / 4 cup olive oil
4 strips of bacon into small pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
4 green onions chopped
1 cup chopped canned mushrooms
2 teaspoons mustard
300 gr. minced
1 / 4 cup white wine
3 tablespoons cream
1 / 2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
salt - pepper

Fry the bacon first and onions and then add the mushrooms, minced meat, the tomato paste and wine and cook. In a jar put the cream with the mustard jar and shaking like a shaker, mix the ingredients. Pour the mixture on the meat, leave it for a little more fire and serve with pasta or rice that we made.
