Salmon Mousse
150gr smoked salmon
125g Philadelphia cheese type
1 cup cream
1 / 2 teaspoon dill
few drops of lemon juice
salt - white pepper
For serving
cucumber
small shrimp
Beat in the mixer all the ingredients together until they reach a uniform cream. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator, covered with a plastic wrap, until cool.
To serve Cut the cucumber in half and remove seeds. Fill the gap with salmon mousse and decorate with a few shrimp.
