Prescription of tuna salad and potatoes in the category of salads.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
* 1 kg of potatoes * 2 tins of tuna or 1/2 kg fresh * Olives of bone or stuffed * 1 lettuce * 3 tomatos * 1 onion * 3 cooked eggs * Parsley * Vinegar * Oil * Salt The potatoes cook during 30 minutes. Once cold, the skin takes off to them and they are cut in flat slices. Adding the salt to them, they are placed in a source as it bases. In center tuna in small pieces will be put, if outside the time it is ripened of salt and it is fried, letting cool well it before using it. A vinagreta sauce is prepared that is added superficially, reserving spoonfuls. In the heads of the source the slight perforated lettuce is put, taking care of to ripen it when to take it to the table. Around the source fine slices of tomato and on each other of egg are distributed, watering them with the reserved vinagreta to this aim. Finally, the olives upon tuna are placed. |
