Materials

For the cream:
50 gr. butter or margarine
50 gr. sugar
50 gr. powder fountoukopsicha
1 egg
Process
In a bowl add the flour, butter, cut into cubes, sugar and pinch of salt and the uniting of these materials with our fingers. just get a mix psychouliasto add the egg mixture and work until you get that form the dough into a ball. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Prepare the custard: In a mixer work the butter, sugar, powder fountoukopsicha and egg until you get a cream.
