Rolled omelette ham cheese

Ingredients for: Rolled omelette ham cheese
- 8 eggs - 4 ham sections of higher quality - 4 pinches of cheddar grater (or another cheese with the choice) - Thyme - Salt and pepper - 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation for: Rolled omelette ham cheese
1 To beat eggs and to season.
2 Heat the olive oil in an anti-adhesive frying pan. To add beaten eggs, to stir up slowly.
3 To add cheese and the sections of ham.
4 To draw up the omelette out of the frying pan. To add a thyme pinch.
5 Roll the omelette with cheese and the ham interior side of rolled. Cross of them 2, diagonally.
To be useful with salad and tomato-cherry. |
