Ravani is a perfect dessert to finish your meal Ravani Cake
 INGREDIENTS: 2 cups fine semolina, 1 ½ cup flour, 1 cup sugar 1 cup vitam, 5 eggs, 2 vanilla, 2 teaspoons fresh baking powder, 1 teaspoon soda.
Syrup: 3 ½ cups sugar 3 cups water.
Method: Mix the flour, semolina, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Beat the vitam until whitens. We work yolks and sugar and add in vitam. Beat the egg whites meringue and sprinkle the mixture alternately with the flour. Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes. Pour the syrup. |
