# 3 / 4 cup olive oil
# 3 cups water
# 1 / 2 pound cabbage
# 1 sprig celery
# 1 / 2 eggplant
# 1 leeks
# 1 onion
# 2 green onions
# 2 carrots
# 2 potatoes
# Little mint
# Salt - pepper Execution
Boil water with oil, salt and pepper. Place all remaining ingredients chopped and stir well. Last, add the mint, cut into leaves. Simmer for three quarters, until they are all a mixture. |
