600-800 grammes crossed out small potatoes salt 1 dl soup of 1 tablet or 1 cube 80 grammes butter 8 eetlepels of chopped parsley 2 eetlepels very fijngeknipte chive
Check if the potatoes are well crossed out, was them and cook them done in little water with (little or none) salts. Water gone and late the potatoes pour even uitdampen. Make soup warm. Divide butter in bits concerning the potatoes and powder them with the parsley and chive. Give the warm soup in the pan and shake the potatoes good. Serve immediately and this way warm possible.
