Potatoes & Cauliflower Kappa
500 gr. small potatoes peeled
1 large cauliflower and 800 gr.
juice of 2 lemons
4 gr. cinnamon
oil for frying
50 gr. tomato paste
50 ml olive oil
500 ml hot water

Wash cauliflower well and cut into bites. Fry the potatoes and drain on paper towels. In a pan, thoroughly mix the cauliflower with potatoes and half a lemon.
