Potato souffle

Potato souffle is an original recipe to cook easy and cheap

Ingredients for 4 servings:
8 pcs. Potatoes (large)
250 gr. Cream
400 gr. Grated Cheese (yellow)
10 slices ham, finely chopped
- Pepper
- Salt
Potato souffle Serves:4


* Boil the potatoes, cooled, peel and cut round.
* The Spread into a buttered Pyrex medium and season.
* Add the ham, cheese and cream.
* Bake in moderate oven for about half an hour until golden brown.
