 8 moderate potatoes 1 small onion diced (optional) 2 stalks celery diced 1 cucumber diced purified 1 cup broccoli into small pieces 1 carrot, diced 1 green or red pepper, cut into cubes For the dressing: 1 large, ripe avocados, peeled and pitted 1 cucumber, peeled and grated juice of one lemon 1 teaspoon dill 2 tablespoons vegetable broth or juice Celery
Stim potatoes until soft. Shell them and cut them into cubes of 2 cm. Mix the potatoes, onion, celery, cucumber, broccoli, carrots and pepper in large bowl.
