Pineapple barbecue or grill ingredients

Pineapple barbecue or grill ingredients:
Serves 4:

1 ripe pineapple or canned 8 discs
2 tablespoons liquid margarine
2 tablespoons rum
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1.25 cup whipped cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
0.5 liter Ice Cream
Preheat griddle or grill pan for (or insert the barbecue). Cut the pineapple into 8 slices and peel and cut the crowns off hard. Remove the hard core.
Brush the grill plate (or barbecue grill) with some liquid margarine and place the slices of pineapple on it. Press them well on the griddle and toast the bottom in about 2 minutes browned.
