 For the dough:
Soft butter 1 package (250gram.)
1 yogurt
1 packet of self raising flour alone (500gram.)
salt
For the filling:
1st variant:
300gram. slice
1 egg
Mint, Pepper
2nd variant:
300gram. minced beef
1 onion
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cinnamon, salt, pepper
Third variant:
300gram. spinach
150gram. slice
Fresh onion
A little dill and parsley
Mint, Pepper
Outturn
For the dough:
In a large bowl put the butter slightly heated, add the flour, salt and yogurt and stir until well homogenized material. When ready leave the dough an hour to rest and rise slightly.
For the filling:
1st variant:
Break the slice in the form of debris using a fork and add a beaten egg, pepper and mint.
2nd variant:
In a skillet put olive oil and finely chop the onion. Allow to gently deep fried minced meat and add salt and pepper and stir well to deep fried. Then add the chopped tomatoes, cinnamon and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes over medium heat, until the zoumaki drink it.
Third variant:
In a saucepan zematate spinach with little water. Once wilted and drain into another saucepan cook the onion with a little olive oil. Then add the spinach, parsley, dill and herbs. Let boil about 10 minutes until you do not have much zoumaki.
